Seven High School students and Mrs. Popinchalk arrived back from an excellent THIMUN conference in The Hague (The Netherlands). Together with 3000 students delegates from around the world, they worked hard on a wide variety of issues concerning our world. The ISS group represented Malta with students in General Assembly forums and Human Rights Commissions. After visiting the International Criminal Court and learning more about its work, our students also enjoyed their visit to the Norwegian ambassador’s residence where pizza was served. ISS students were able to meet two other schools from Norway and hear more about Norway’s campaign for a seat on the Security Council 2020-2022.
