In the High School, ISS offers a four year college preparatory program. This program provides the opportunity to gain an ISS High School diploma with the additional option of the International Baccalaureate diploma. Courses offered in 9th and 10th grade allow students to enter the International General Certificate of Secondary Education examinations, if required.

The High School Guidance office provides valuable assistance in the selection of courses and college applications.

A broad range of co- and extra-curricular activities are available including Model United Nations, drama, music, sports, and service groups.
