MARCH MENU Monday 8: Jambalaya of pork meat vegetable and rice Tuesday 9: Gnocchi a la Romana, semolina gnocchi with parmesan and tomato sauce. Wednesday 10 Vossakorv sausages with root vegetables and mustard potatoes Thursday11: Fajitas with Mexican meat balls and guacamole. No MS. Friday 12: Salmon Teriyaki with durum wheat and ratatouille. No MS. Monday 15) Ligo mashed potatoes with cheese, leek, mushrooms and bacon. Tuesday 16) Pasta with salsiccia, pork mince meat, and tomato sauce. Wednesday 17) Mexican pancake. Pancakes fill with chicken, vegetable and salsa. Thursday 18) Meat loaf with gravy, root vegetable and potatoes. Friday 19) breaded baked cod with potatoes and broccoli.

April Menu Monday 5 : Easter Monday No School Tuesday 6 : Pizza and salad. Wednesday 7 : Chili con carne and corn chips. Thursday 8 : Meat balls in gravy. Friday 9 : Broiled Salmon filet with lemon sauce and broccoli.
Monday 12 : Fried rice with chicken and prawns . Tuesday 13 Macaroni and cheese. Wednesday 14: Beef chop suey and Jasmin rice. Thursday 15: Lapskaus , Norwegian stew with hot dogs and roots vegetable. Friday 16: Breaded Pollock with potatoes and hollandaise.
